Governments should start a stringent Tax-regime that focuses on these billionaires personal wealth (Networth) as well as force them to commence an Africa-wide Infrastructural Development Programme outside their Money-making Capitalist ventures (they did not get rich by being generous did they)

As a young football fan those days, I never tot anyone can beat Ronaldinho's record being a 3 times world best holder.
