Babe3, I have to say I feel sorry for everything you have gone through since this matter came to a head on NL. I really hope you're strong enough for it all. It does take an immense amount of courage to do what you've done and so kudos for that.

With that being said, it's really hard not to call you out on your character and personality flaws that allowed you to become so wholly entangled in such shyte to the point you completely lost yourself. It's unbelievable to hear that you did not recognize the fraudulent activities all along. However, either way, I hope you have an excellent lawyer who can work out a deal for you (if it comes to that based on all the evidences that we are not privy to).

this is why i said you people should read my submission before hanging me. she's the one owing me $6k. when the thingy went south, she demanded that the money she's been remitting to me was her school fees & she wanted it back. she said - if i could pay it back, i can walk free and she would never bother me again.

it was a tantalising offer so i agreed to it. i am a man of my words. i genuinely wanted to pay that $4k. her school added more fees as late charges and they wanted cash. the change of plans meant there's a delay & we never sorted it out till we lost contact. i still "owe" that money cos i agreed to pay her. do you understand now.....cos i am sure in another 29 mins, someone else would ask me this same question again!
