Job Title: Customer Care Agent

You will be saddle with the responsibilities of:
*Responding to incoming customer calls concerning new and existing customer accounts within a call center environment.
*Maintaining company standards during recorded calls in order to ensure high quality service.
*Receiving incoming calls and makes outbound calls when necessary.
*Receiving and remedies customer complaints and grievances.
*Recording all calls in detail.
*Receiving request for new account service and account cancellation.
*Servicing existing accounts.
