Because Kidnappers or ritualist will find it pretty hard to infiltrate an upstate neighbourhood; meanwhile they can just go into the un-gated overpopulated low cost houses of ajegunle and smuggle a child without anyone knowing

In my opinion, a child going missing has nothing to do with his or her parent's financial background. And besides i am sure your question will be interpreted as "How come only poor people's children gets kidnapped"
