1. If their remuneration is commensurate with the risk tied to their functions.
2. If they did they not have to fuel their patrol cars from their purses
3. If they do not have to buy and sew their uniforms with their money
4. If they were adequately trained on a regular basis to counter the higher security exposures on their jobs
5. If their barracks were properly maintained and upgraded to world class residential quarters
6. If they had access to modern security accessories to fight crime
7. If they were exposed to lovely welfare packages that make them shun any form of compromise on the job.
8. If their police stations were upgraded to world class police stations to make sure they work in a modern work place.
9. If they had the chance to explain some of these challenges to you

Next time you are told to pull over or so,please stop by and engage them.

You will almost shed tears and truly feel for them and understand why it's easy for them to compromise on this job because of the poor management of the Officers who are meant to protect our lives and property.
