Enugu (Enugu State) -The Igbo Etiti Legislative Council has passed a bye-law barring youths from loitering within communities in the Local Government Area between 6 a.m. and noon.
The Leader of the council, Mr Titus Ejili, said in Enugu on Friday that the law was timely and necessary to reduce crimes being committed within these early hours.
Ejili said the bye-law became imperative, considering the level of crime being committed in the area.
He said youths aged between 12 and 25 years come out as early as 6 a.m. and be loitering in the various bus-stops.
“These youths look out for people going to their lawful businesses and in some cases, attack market women and make away with their belongings.
“The legislative arm of Igbo-Etiti government finds it imperative to put a check to this ugly menace.
“We have also made another law to stop those celebrating any event from blocking major roads within the council.
“You know that in Igbo culture, funeral is a big ceremony that showcases the culture of our people and in most cases, people jubilate.
“At such celebrations, the celebrants block major roads, cut down palm and banana trees and some other things,” Ejili said.
He explained that such blockage often led to accidents and sometimes disturbed commuters plying those roads from going about their normal businesses.
The leader urged the people to celebrate events in their compounds.

A RED ALERT SIGNAL TO ALL BIAFRAN COMMANDERS TO ACT AT ONCE.

Great Biafrans, the France attack was to make the world leaders/EU to bring peace in Syrian by force.Biafrans, you can see how serious people do things."ACTION.

Waiting for Nigeria Government to release your Director, won't work because Nigeria is a country founded on lies and they don't respect the rule of law, that's why the big fool buhari disrespected the Court's order to produce NNAMDI kANU at the court.

The world leaders are waiting for our action before they could step in. Even Putin the President of Russia once wrote to us saying (biafrans all over the world shouldn't wait for him before fighting for their freedom, and that was all he could say) if we are smart, he was trying to give us an answer to solve our problems in a very secret way. what Putin was trying to say to biafrans was that biafrans we needed to start fighting for our freedom with action immediately. we must act now before world leaders can come in. Do you remember that the Nigeria Government was afraid before the protest after the protest, they got fed up, and the government even started panicking, you can see that little action did.

The world would have taken us more seriously if we had STRIKE all the oil rigs, companies and pipelines. We shouldn't forget that we are dealing with a military person with 70% percent military blood is still in them.

And if we Biafrans wants to balance the power,we must STRIKE immediately, then World Leaders/UN would then come in at once to declare Biafra. The white man will advise us to go on with the peaceful protest, but you shouldn't forget that our system of government is totally different from them, and even the rest of the world.

It is now proven beyond every reasonable doubt that the zoo called Nigeria don't respect the rule of law,the Nigeria System of Government needs force. biafrans "STRIKE.

Don't wait because they won't release our director until we srike, then the Nigeria Government will then call for negotiations, just like they are now doing for the boko-haram.

The boko-haram are no fools, they equally know that. delay is dangerous, our director keeps saying ( Biafra or death), our Deputy director can't give a direct command to strike on air because of security reasons, I really need all our commanders to take note of that. Its all a mind game the director and his deputy is depending on you all, we are now fearless ,united and formidable before our enemies.

The south-east and south-south,especially the south Easterners should ground a plan for themselves, because we south south pple knows what to do already.
We need all our action men with the provocation to war. It is either Biafra or war and there is nothing to negotiate with the zoo called Nigeria because they have broken all the laws that respects human right. Our Deputy is depending on you all Don't wait for him to give that command on air, so that the world can't hold him accountable for giving such an order.

Biafrans you see what happened in France. Biafrans we must put action to our protest and strike by shutting down everything oil in Nigeria. Stop oil flow in Nigeria and Nigeria will automatically end. This is a direct order pass this command to all hardcore biafran.
