It no longer news that the court of appeal has upheld the judgement of the tribunal of samuel ortom.

My questions are this:

i. Was any primaries held for the APC benue governorship candidates?

ii. Who was the INEC staff around during the time of the nomination?

iii. When was the stipulated date stated by the APC for its governorship primaries? Did INEC visit the venue (IBB SQUARE) and met an empty venue?

iv. If there was no primaries held anywhere in benue, how did Samuel Ortom become a candidate for APC?

v. Was there any security issues that that made APC governorship primaries be moved to a parlour somewhere in Benue State?

vi. Before the law, how long is it accepted that you have been a full member of a party? How long was Ortom a PDP member AND how long was he a member of APC to be sponsored by the Party?
