If a physically fragile Hosni Mubarak could be wheeled and Stretchered to Court at every court hearing, and a physically able bodied Dasuki is walking to court to avoid prosecution by feigning illness, something is fundamentally wrong somewhere.

When we have hungry judges don't expect much from them. Will they grant an armed robber the same privilege if no that man should face full justice. We need to stone common sense into our judges.
