The turnout is just too low. Why are Nigerians not interested in participating in electoral process(voting)? This is unfortunate. How can 4,195 voters determine the majority of a LG with 18,348 registered voters?

Kudos to INEC tho..

Just wait for results from Kogi East (Igala land).

Wait for results of somewhere like Okene, Okehi, Ajaokuta, Lokoja, Koto Karfi (Kogi Central and Kogi West respectively).

True! The result may swing either way though. But the turnout is low and kudos to INEC. No report of ballot box snatching or underage voting yet. Neither is there any report of announcement of result from a bar or government house as done in 2003 and 2007.

I don't blame electorates for kogi's low turnout. The choices before them are not worthy of the stress. Not much difference between Wada and Audu.

Other parties seem to be failing in voters education exercise. All they do is to wait for losers of APC and PDP primaries to defect to their party and fly their flag. Hence, only PDP and APC appear to be the only choice before electorates. What a shame! More shameful is Labour party. They've

Labour had a good opportunity to present a popular candidate and sensitize the electorate in this one but they failed woefully. I guess money is conspiring against them.
