This issue came up and I was telling my friend that stealing is corruption but he said no.
Please what are your take on this please I need your opinion.am I wrrong ?

Someone can be corrupt but not a thief. Corruption has to do with principles. ie morally corrupt means perversity, like favouritism, nepotism, bribery. Simple : taking /seeking undue advantage of a position for personal gain. STEALING MEANS UNLAWFUL POSSESSION OF THE OTHERS PROPERTY FOR PERSONAL USES. this is a criminal offence and carries severe sanctions compare to corruption
