my follow lander, i received this message from MTN "You have been gifted N10,000 monthly for the next 3 months! Simply text ACTIVATE to 799 and provide the required information to enjoy this gift. Thank you" which i didn't reply them up till now. But on 21th Nov 2015 one of their customers care representative call me and asked me a question on my LGA origin which I told him. to cut the long story short, they are charging me #28/per minute instead of #6/per minute, hopefully it should be on the so called gift they gave me because my balance remain the same. my question now are: 1. must they charge me high on the gift they gave me. 2. Their gift is it a compliment or a fraud. NCC should take note.
