How is it a downgrade to ask simply for an online resume or LinkedIn profile? I expect that any serious jobseesker already has a ready online resume. All he or she has to do is to copy and paste the link rather than emailing CV attachments for which you must have the email address to send to. In fact with the online resume, you could easily send your resume to relevant social media contacts, be it on whatsapp, Facebook etc through this means. My dear, I am helping these applicants if they do not already have an online resume.At least, they can use the resume elsewhere if unsuccessful with this job.Besides, they can easily see how qualified their competitors are.Cheers.
