Some ND people have been clamouring for resource control and they have stated that this is what they want in Nigeria.

How can they achieve this if possible in Nigeria?

Tonyebarcanista, please come and give us details of how your region intends to achieve resource control in Nigeria.

I don't think this thread is particularly necessary. Federalism is never coming back to Nigeria. How does anyone think that the Northerners will ever allow federal fiscal policy, resource contol and regional autonomy which are the hallmarks of federalism to return? The North are immensely benefiting from the current unitary system that is dragging Nigeria back into the stone ages. They need this unitary system like fish needs water and they will fight to keep it as it is. The only way back to federalism is the secession of all Igbos and the minorities that agree with us from Nigeria, possibly into a confederation.

That's exactly what Lugard was thinking when he came from Europe to bastardise you with the name Nigerian, the slave name of your white masters which you still proudly answer to in recognition of your slavery status. Look, people who are looking for freedom and those who want to continue with slavery have nothing to talk about

Bye
