Still the same thing, u cant rite their post utme without choosing them. Dem never admit people wey choose them finish talkless of person wey no choose them, dat is why i advised him to obtain the change of institution form first to gv him an edge. You can get the form frm any jamb office

Last year I took oou PUTME and I had 60% and 236 in Jamb but because I didn't choose them as choice institution,I missed out in the process despite the fact that I had a top shots who wants to assist me. It is better for whoever want to write oou putme to buy change of institution form if you didn't choose them as preferred institution.

You Had Top Shot? What Course Did U Opt In For Last Year? If U Chose A Competitive Course, I Must Say Ur Jamb Score Messed Up D Whole Thing.
My Elder Bro Also Took D Exam Last Year 'nd He Was Admitted To Study ECONOMICS. He Had 60% In D P.Utme And 266 In Jamb. Even A Frnd Of Mine, An Indigene Of Edo State Also Took D Exam And Was Admitted To Study LAW. She Had 66% In P.Utme And 250 In Jamb. So What Are U Saying?
