I wonder how Inec arrived at its decision to continue with the process of election after the death of Audu. The Act setting up Inec and NIGERIAN Constitution both were silent on the issue at hand. To this effect its only the court that can speak after interpreting and analyzing the saga. For Inec to come up with continuation of process lacks credibility because Inec lacks the powers to solely take decision on KOGI new election after the death of Audu. It therefore means Inec has bowed to pressure from APC and is therefore biased. Pdp should immediately challenge inec's decision before date and seek for injunction
