Boxing: Tyson Fury now heavyweight champion in the world after beating Wladimir Klitschko

Tyson Fury ended Wladimir Klitschko’s long reign as the heavyweight champion (WBA Super, WBO and IBF title holder) of the world on a points decision.

Fury (24-0-KO18) shocks Klitschko to take heavyweight title on November 28 it was gathered by Brainnews NG.

The fight which took place in Dusseldorf, western Germany had hundreds of fans in attendance desirous to witness the champion of the night.

Fury thanks the fans and calls Klitschko “a great champion” and apologises for the antics in the build-up in the fight – he says he was just trying to show he was younger and more hungry.

Landed: Klitschko: 52 | Fury: 86.

Power blows: Klitschko: 18 | Fury: 48.

Thrown: Klitschko: 69 | Fury: 202.

And the final result of the game as announced by the judges was; 115-112, 115-112, 116-111, which fury won in a unanimous decision Brainnews NG Reports.
