But what i knw is dat i performed my nysc in bayelsa frm 2008-09 n dat bridge was already under construction at that time infact like 40% complete how come in 2015 they r just commissioning it?.

May be im wrong sha n i hope i am dat bridge is nt up to 2 km o... Someone has been embezzling funds. I thk either GEJ OR ALAMS did d ground breaking....

The flyover hasn't been completed. The last layer of asphalt hasn't been done. The same thing with the Isaac Boro express that has started having craters which dickson accused APC of digging at night. JB pulled out of both the road and flyover cos of starvation of funds. Truly, that flyover has no economic value as it leads nowhere.
