Sorry, o! Was a tracker installed on the car?? She can get the tracking company to immobilise the vehicle if it is in transit. They can tell her the location of the car too, so that the police can ambush the thieves.

Post the VIN everywhere and report it as stolen. There's a database to report stolen vin. That would help when they want to sell it.

I'm afraid if it's been 9days the window of recovery might have passed. Armed Robbers usually dispose off stolen vehicles within 48 hours.

With 9 days passed. the trail would have gone cold except by some stroke of luck might we be able to recover the vehicle.

If you can post the area where the robbery take place might help to know the direction to look towards.
