Hope you can see that it is the Senate that has been delaying payment of the subsidy claims by the marketers? Buhari has sent this supplementary budget over two weeks, today they are looking at it and saying rubbish. Yet everybody will blame Buhari, not the senate, not GEJ. Buhari has approved for the debts to be paid 2weeks ago, Senate is busy asking whether to summon Buhari or whether budget money is enough.
