my honda civic millenium model suddenly stop while you are on top speed and it will take a while before it will start after that.
Initially it will stop after about 5 mins when air conditioner is switch on , now even when the air conditioner is not in use,
the car will still stop suddenly

I really don't know what you mean by top gear so, start from what happen before you took it to your mechanic.
What happens when you start, and idle?
When happens when you put it in drive,& when you press accelerator.
What type of noise you hear when you turn on A/C.
What is the condition of all 3 belts.

Assume you are talking to someone who knows nothing about cars, if you miss out any detail, don't think they will know what you are talking about.
How fast do you drive at top gear.

First impression is locked ac clutch, but even without ac now check your oil condition/level

Three questions:
1) What year is this Honda Civic Millenium?
2) Before your Honda started cutting off on the highway, would it refuse to start occassionally? (for example; after a trip somewhere, when you want to leave and drive home, it would not start and you have to wait a while). Was your Honda doing that??
3) Does it cut off on the highway (top gear/top speed) on every single trip or does it do it randomly and unpredictably?

1. the car was manufactured in 2002

2. the car does not refuse to start occassionally. It start immediately. Even if I travel on a long journey it will start immediately you put on the ignition.

3. The car cut off on the highway (top gear/top speed) randomly and unpredictably

all these na storiesssssssssssss, just ask your mechanic to take off the gear completely,and put another one .it could be expensive but it saves you time ,risk and all that .

I will assume your car is a 2002 Honda Civic LX imported from the USA (correct me if I am wrong)

Going by the assumptions above, I will assume that your car uses Ignition Coil packs (verify this for me or simply take a picture of your engine). If your car is Yankee spec 2002 Civic LX, then it would probably be true.

There are two potential culprits:

1) The Crank Position Sensor on your Civic is going bananas : If this is the situation, you should have your check engine light on (please verify this for me).

2) The Main relay is another possible culprit : When faulty, Civic main relay is notorious for shutting down when it gets hot.

I need you to verify all the questions that need verification, then I can get more precise. Also let me know if your 'Check Engine' light is continuously on. If not, could you verify if it comes on (at least) when you turn on the ignition before starting the car?? Let me know.
