SALARY- #20,000 monthly (BASIC)
JOB TITLE- Business Development Executive

REQUIREMENT:

Applicant must have a personal laptop to work with while Sucheus will supply a modem and data subscription for monthly operation.

JOB ROLE-
· Recruit entrepreneurs and business owners to sign up and list their company on the website which will be verified.
· Conduct seminars and presentations in offices and schools or trade fairs within the applicant city.
· Refer jobs to select listed companies/refer buyers for listed items both in premium listing and classified listing and EARN COMMISSION based on completed transactions.
· Retail expansion through referrals and collation of contact addresses.
KPI for sales staff- 21 working days.
· Recruit 5 companies to sign up and utilize all the features(5 pictures and 1 video) daily. 105 new company sign up in a month.
· Collate 10 new prospective entrepreneur email/ phone numbers daily. 210 new contacts in a month.
· Recruit 5 classified ads listers to sign up and post items daily. 105 new ads in a month. Referral method could be used by staff.
· Collate 10 new prospective item sellers email/phone numbers daily. 210 new contacts in a month.
Staff to EARN BETWEEN 2-10% COMMISSION on referred jobs to companies we select for this process, based on negotiations between Sucheus team and the select listed company.
