Getting a new tattoo may not be new to Ricky Rozay, because the Florida rapper literally has almost eighty percent of his body covered in ink.
However, what seems strange about this new ink is that it is actually on the forehead, by the hairline, and I can imagine the amount of pain he had to endure to get that done.
