I was invited for an assessment test at workforce for the position of a Transaction Officer,wrote the test and left.I got another text the next morning that i was successful and bin invited again for an interview....in the process of me bein interviewed,the interviewer said that he would prefer me for the role of a customer service agent and not Transaction Officer which i humbly accepted.Was given a form that has all information that wud guide me print out say 13forms for my documentation,buh am a Lil bit confused now,i ran all documentations tho very stressful gettin a gud guarantor.Submitted since October 2015.workforce is yet to call me or invite me again.I dnt understand how all this goes.Any1 in same train?
