This is because under the last administration salaries where always paid on the 25th apart from on two occasions which were linked to a breakdown in the IPPIS server and a shortage of cash arising from payment of subsidy to fuel importers.

Remita is a payment platform used by CBN to pay workers. It is also the platform that is used by federal government to transfer MDA's revenue to the TSA in CBN.

IPPIS is a software payroll management system used to compile and compute federal workers salary. It is not a payment platform. It is just like an organisation using a software to compute the monthly salaries of its workers. After computation, they will still take the computed list to bank to effect the payment. The bank will pay with their own payment platform and not the organisations payroll software.

Have you given it a thought that maybe FG has changed it's salary collation platform? Why not investigate first.

How are you sure it is APC doing.........Why will APC lie about paying salary to FG workers when it can be verified nationwide.....you can only do this or at least get away with such if it is a private firm
