Immigration Job Scam by Akinwale Aminat Mosun NIS.23505


An officer of Nigeria Immigration service serving in the Ogun state command of the service scammed three graduates with the promised of assisting them in securing employment in to NIS in the last aborted recruitment exercise conducted by the Service. The officer claimed her sister is working at the National assembly, she told them her sister asked her to look for people that applied for the requirement but not sortlisted, and she charged them three hundred and fifty thousand naira(350,000)each. She said they should pay one hundred and fifty thousand for start and pay the balance when the letter is ready. The victims made the first payment of one hundred and fifty thousand to her FCMB Account No: 0798640018, name: Akinwale Aminat Mosun on the 25th June, 2015. Three weeks after, she called them to
make the remaining payment, that their employment letters are ready for collection and that her sister will not release the letters if they don't pay the balance, after a long heated arguments they agreed and made the payment of two hundred thousand naira to make the total money paid to her account three hundred s and fifty thousand by each of the applicant. A week after they made the balance payment , she sent text to them that their employment letters are ready for collection but there was an error on one of the letter due to that she could not comeback to Lagos. A week after,several phone calls were made to her phone numbers:07087914537, 09098068396 she refused to answer, non reply several text messages sent to her lines until the recruitment was aborted on August, 20th 2015 before she picked call and she asked them to come to her house at pleasure area of Iyana-Ipaja Lagos. When the victims got to her house, she apologized and promised to refund their money since she wasn't able to give them the employment letters as as agreed upon and she told them to come back on the on 28th Sep,2015. When the victims got there t on the day she promised, she has moved out of the accommodation, this prompted them to traced her to her office at Otta-Area office of the Ogun state command of the service, when they got there the officers they met told them many people had early came to made similar report that her file is full of petitions ranging from various allegation of fraud and theft, the officer told them to also submit their petitions, they asked the officers if she will come to office that day they said she has not been coming to working for a while
when asked if she is on leave they said no, they also asked the officer if she has resigned they said no,she just ascond from work without official notice.As at the time of publishing this report no any form of communication either from Mosun of the office the petition was submitted .Mrs Akinwale Aminat Mosun with service number NIS/23505 is a scammer and she is at large possibly looking for another set of victims. One of her colleague told ourour reporter that Mrs.Akinwale also scammed one of their officer the sum of two hundred thousand naira with the promise of help her husband secure employment in to the Immigration Service. This woman need to be brought to book by relevant authorities particularly Nigeria Immigration service to safe the reputation of the service and also by EFCC for probe.
