Logistics Assistant (1 Position)

Caveat:
Long hours, heavy lifting involved.
This is a cash-handling position, so you will need 2 guarantors.
This is an expansion of current services to involve delivery to local clients so only experienced persons need apply.
Location:
Lekki-Ajah.

Qualification:
OND/NCE/SSCE

Duties:
1. Checks all invoices for logistics services against service requests made by clients.
2. Verifies, summarizes and delivers invoiced packages to the clients.
3. Verifies all purchase receipts against the physical materials procured to storage.
4. Confirm that all materials by supplier conform to the standard requirement and quotations
given to the company.
5. Perform all required purchase/sale inventory records.
6. Undertake such administrative tasks as determined by operation requirements.
7. Other duties as assigned by the manager- Web Updates, Local Advertising, Product Presentations,.

Requirements:
Excellence in both Maths as well as written and spoken English.
Basic Computer knowledge with focus on Spreadsheet use.
Excellent personality in a customer-care role.

Salary:
25000/month; other Incentives/Benefits may accrue.
