Price: # 63 +1 = #64 per litre
Procedure: Seller and Buyer signs a 5million indemnity each, after
which seller gives buyer an SPA to sign and return, buyer places a
bank instrument like BG, IBPU etc and receives ATB immediately for the
Q&Q, after the report and buyer is satisfied with quality buyer
releases payment to all nominated accounts as stated in the SPA.

SLLER 2

Seller 2 has an expected 80,000mt of AGO which is yet to get to the
Nigerian waters
Arrival Date: 10 days time from today
Price: # 62 +1 = #63 per litre
Procedure: Buyer & Seller signs a SPA, expected product arrives in
buyer’s name, once the product arrives Buyer receives the POP of the
AGO and then places an instrument for the product, and receives ATB,
for Q&Q after the report buyer releases payment to all nominated
accounts to seller and commissions.
