Abia and Imo state has about 10 oil well each with additional 12gas reserve, Enugu has six Gas reserve larger that Imo and Abia state combine, Anambra has one large oil well with additional gas field, Enugu has coal, Ebonyi has crude but not in commercial quantity, Ebonyi has gas reserved, Lead Ore and zinc ore in commercial quantity, it also has coal and lime some in commercial quantity.
