How To Deal With Cramps ( Ladies Only)
Menstrual Cramps which is normally caused by
contractions in the uterus is known as
Dysmenorrhea. Dysmenorrhea has primary and
secondary stage. The primary stage usually starts
within one to three years after a girl starts seeing
her period. While the secondary stage starts
when a woman reproductive organs are affected
in one way or the other. The type of pain
secondary Dysmenorrhea causes is very severe
and last longer than the normal menstrual
cramps. Normal menstrual cramps starts within
the onset of the period and sometimes extend to
more two to three days. Some people usually feel
less pain after they might have given birth to
their first child. During this cramp days you
might feel aches at your back and abdomen, you
will experience drowsiness. Though most women
don't experience menstrual cramps while some
experience severe pains.
