1. STATE CO-ORDINATORS (FULL/PART TIME)

Role
====
- You shall act as one of our official representatives in your city

- You shall recruit sales reps that will market our registration forms to prospective members on commission

- You shall Co-ordinate the activities of these Sales Reps who will be reporting to you

- Get the Sales Reps under you to Visit clients and inform them of our services

- You shall Discuss with agencies on partnership agreements with us

- Recommend ideas and perform informal marketing intelligence surveys. Advise on how to optimise our operations for your area

- Will be required to work with minimal supervision


Remuneration (Salary)
===================
This Job is initially Based on Commission. Applicants who show dedication and are able to consistently meet their targets will be employed as full staff after 6 months and begin to earn a salary in addition to the commissions.

Commissions
- you Get 1,500 naira as commission for every form sold by your sales reps (the sales reps get 500 naira). You also get 5% commission for every client that your reps can bring.

Think about it, all you have to do is co-ordinate without having to leave where you are and you make 1,500 per form and additional bonuses from client commissions! The forms sell for N5,000 only, people have been known to make up to 200,000 a month from commissions as co-ordinators

Prospective Members are primarily amateur, semi-professional and professional actors, models, singers, dancers, comedians, professional ushers, MCs and DJs. Prospective clients are individuals, event management companies, schools, churches, banks and other corporate organisations etc


Role of the co-ordinators
