it was boldly written that the bench mark for oil price is $38 per barrel and we produce 2.2million per day and yet people are still asking if he wants to borrow money.. A primary school student will understand that the proposed budget is 38× 2.2million. please also note that customs, firs, nimasa and co wasn't even included. 6trillion is very possible.
