Considerations for this list on most visited sites are traffic, social and web influence and we have used several web analytics platforms to arrive at this list. All sites are either Nigerian owned or operated for Nigerian users.

The Black Friday, Yakata Sales and Cyber Monday shopping phenomena certainly gave shopping and e-commerce sites some significant boost in traffic with Jumia occupying the top spot.

The spate of Breaking News is another phenomenon that has also skyrocketed the traffic for some newspaper sites.

Nonetheless, Here is the list: Enjoy!

Jumia is the biggest mover. This e-commerce site recorded a whooping 16 million estimated visits in the last 30 days. It leads the e-commerce sites in Nigeria.

2. Nairaland.com
Nigeria’s largest forum. The forum has an estimated 13.7 million visits (note this is different from unique visits or visitors) in the past 30 days.

3. Konga.com
The second largest e-commerce site chilled at third spot with an estimated 8.4 million visits.

Seun should also organise an event that can attract more visitors to visit nairaland on a particular day. Take for instance organising special event on Cyber Monday
