Please teach me and others like me how to determine the actual Nigerian age or how long a car has been used in Nigeria.

If a person imports a car into Nigeria, and after series of paper change and renewals, how do I determine when the car was imported.

For novice like me, I will have to totally depend on the information I get from the owner or seller which most times are wrong for marketing sake.
