Lovely! Enugu impressed me with the police cars there but it seems Abia is better. Maybe black men are good at buying cars for police.

It would have made sense if they were made in Nigeria cars and better if they were INNOSON made.
He probably hadn't noticed that other countries use their country made cars as police cars.

So Abia bought 15 new vehicles and you are happy.

Some districts have vet 500 vehicles marked and unmarked patrolling. Or to talk of vehicles patrolling the state of Texas in. USA or Florida. Uncountable.

They must have used 99% to buy houaes in god know where and they don't even live there

SOME TIMES I DON'T UNDERSTAND D PRIORITIES OF SOME STATE GOVS. UR OWING UR STAFF SOME MONTHS SALARIES N PENSIONS N THEY STILL USE DIS MONEY 2 BUY NEW CARS 4 POLICE. IF U PAY UR STAFF, ARMED ROBBERY WILL REDUCE. BESIDE D LAST TIME I WAS IN ABIA DER ROADS WAS IN PATHETIC STATE.
