Developer creates a Quiz using PHP with the following conditions:

1. Create a Quiz that includes questions with multiple choice (single select), multiple choice (multiple select), Fill in the gap, True or False.The option to "show answer" to each questions must be available and showcased. The scoring of the exam should also be displayed

2. Create a Quiz that includes questions with Theory/Essay questions. The option to "show answer" to each questions must be available and showcased

3. Create a Quiz that includes questions with Theory/Essay questions. The option to "show answer" to each questions must be absent
