As part of oversight functions, the Senate Committee Downstream Petroleum engaged on a tour of petroleum depots across the country to ascertain the immediate and remote causes of fuel scarcity in the country and recommend effective and permanent solutions to the problem. The senate committee met with Capital Oil CEO, Ifeanyi Ubah during the tour
