One of our clients into Educational Consultancy requires applications from qualified female secretaries in her Surulere, Lagos Office within the age of 19 -23 years.

EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION REQUIRED
* OND in Secretarial Management or related
* Must have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc
* Minimum of two yrs experience in a similar position in a similar industry
* Experience in E-Communication, the Internet and Data Base Management
* Great knowledge of customer/client care ability, customer support, client relationship

RESPONSIBILITIES
* Provide Secretarial/Clerical support
* File/Document Management Reports
* Receive visitors and respond to both internal and external inquiries
* Respond to multi-telephone lines
* Provide exceptional customer support and client relationship care
* Align customer needs with product and service offerings
* Attend to internal and external customer relationship services
