got a 2001 plymouth neon, car vibrates violently when decelerating (i.e when breaks applied) especially from the 3rd gear....any idea what might be the cause. am in lagos sms me if u can handle it.

I am being offered a 2006 benz E350 4matic at a good price however on ignition the display revealed the following : 1. Reduced braking power 2. SRS 3. Tail light 4. Restraint system malfunction. I would like to know if they are faults u are familiar with and possible costs of rectifying them. This will help form an informed buying decision. Thks

What to check every morning in your vehicle
Check Engine light. If the engine light remains lit after the vehicle is started; check the owner's manual for possible malfunctions. The vehicle may have an emissions or sensor problem. If it is blinking, it indicates a more serious problem and needs immediate attention.

Engine oil level. If there is a drop in the engine oil level check for leaks before topping it. If it is due for change, get it changed with the recommended engine oil. This should be done before starting the vehicle.

Water level. Check regularly to ensure there is enough water in the radiator. Abnormal drop in the water level could be as a result of leaks.
