Pls can someone tell me how to format a harddisk, every time i want to format a pop up messege says run chkdsk utility |

Right click on the drive and format. But another  is why are u formatting.if its popping up showing chkdsk utility,probably it jst wanna check for errors and fix the file system of the drive.u can also use d command prompt to format. open d command prompt from d start menu,type format wit d letter of d drive and enter,it will put u tru d other process.e.g i wanna format my flash drive which is e: i go to command prompt,type format e:,enter and d rest will be history. |
