The scheme is aimed at changing the way people react to recyclable waste in the environment by adopting one of the best practices in waste management.
RecyclePoints scheme freely enrolls willing subscribers who weekly deposit various recyclables like PET Plastic Bottles, Used Beverage Cans, Pure Water Sachets, Old Newspapers, Glass Bottles, Brown Corrugated Paper etc. through the WasteBusters who visit their homes on Electric Cargo Tricycles to count & collect the items, rewarding them with Points which the recyclers can use in exchange to redeem various household items offered through the scheme's irecycle store leaflet.

Job description:
- Door-to-Door collection of recyclable wastes from members.
- Registration of new member who may desire to join the scheme.
- Documentation of items collected into subscribers's green card.
- Documentation of members special request on visit to the office.

Qualification/Experience:
- S.S.C.E holders with ability to read and write/ Perform basic arithmetic.
- Be between the ages of 18 and 28 years.
- Ability to ride a bicycle.
- Ability to speak other local languages is an added advantage but not compulsory.
