You can confirm from him if you can get his contact. I don't deal in Payoneer; I only sell when available. You don't need to buy the entire amount at once if you are concerned about losing your money. Transfer minimum limit is $50.

It is important to ensure you have received payment with your Payoneer account previously. This is a requirement by the payment service provider for transfers.

Well u can sell your funds easily if you utilize modern software systems. Get an Android phone for 10k and connect. If u keep expecting a call, u will get silly offers cos the person is spending money to call you.

Even for 8K. The issue is just that what I do often doesn't make it ideal to be using WhatsApp often, except when I'm less busy. Maybe you should provide your Whatsapp number instead.
