I cannot understand Y Nigeria cannot expend $1Billion to procure 6 Battalions of the Russian S-300 defense systems, 12 Russian SU-24 fighter jets and 12 BUK missile systems.

They cannot interbalstic missiles from Iran to Nigeria, they will be assaulting several other countries sovereignty. THe much they can do is to empower their brothers and followers by smuggling in weapons and trying to continually destabilize the military and if possible the economic activities of the country.

Even when they send the weapons, we will intercept them and use them to boost our armory.
