Few months ago I rooted my htc desire and changed the imei to enjoy glo 3gb,its been a nice experience as I'm a heavy user, but as time passed my phone didn't remain same, now i experience heavy discharge after charging, 100 percent charge even finishes 3hrs and my phone doesn't vibrate at all anymore,and further more I've not received OTA LOLIPOP update till now, my question now is if i factory reset my phone, could anything go wrong... Please help a brother.

I think u know d answer to ur questions..first restore ur backup and unroot ur phone or better still check online if ur phone as gotten lollipop update if not just dey manage am like dat.wait oo did i just hear u say u change d imei on HTC Qualcomm ? Who ?
