Barez energy and logistic services ltd has a vacancy for an operations manager to oversee its new inter-state transport line.

Responsibilities:
1. Maintain electronic databases of sales, registration, inspections and maintenance of fleet management.
2. Ensure availability of buses to meet all schedule
3. Obtain and analyse user surveys to forecast new requirements and improvements.
4. Manage, motivate and lead operational staff to deliver safe, quality and timely services to customers.
5. Perform vehicle registration, insurance and other regulatory requirements.
6. Oversee routine and ad-hoc maintenance, trending and analysis of maintenance and operational data.
7. Oversee route survey and new market analysis.


Requirements:
1. HND /B.Sc. in any social sciences/Sciences related discipline
2 Minimum of 2-3 years experience
3. Must have experience in fleet management/logistic services
4. Must be familiar with country regulations,
5. Good skills in MS-office
6. Ability to demonstrate initiative, flexibility and attention to detail in a busy, changing work to problem solving.
7. Displays personal drive and integrity working as directed to achieve work objectives
8. Good Communicator, both orally and written
9. Ability to plan and organised work schedule and work within tight timelines
10.Effective interpersonal skill and motivate other to deliver
11. Cultivate productive working relationships by actively participating in teamwork and group activities.
12. Not Older than 45.
