A company in lagos requires architects for a contract project. Project will last for 3 months and this is the duration of the position. below are the position requirement. please only interested and qualified candidates should apply.

the role will provide support on project planning, project financial projections, execution, project reporting and documentation processes. The candidate must be able to understand and interpret client briefs for the timely creation of excellent images using 3D studio max. He/she is to ensure proper interpretation and construction of designs to specification by the construction team and to oversee construction of the designed images on site as required. The candidate will be technically very proficient and will be expected to supervise/support all aspects of project processes in the company as required

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and forecast spend, using whole life cycle costing techniques, ensuring that work is kept to budget
 Liaise closely with other professionals, including structural engineers, builders, architects and surveyors, and in-house project teams
 Ensuring site-specific equipment is used for all project
 Organizing and assessing the work of contractors
 Overseeing and supervising the installation of building systems and specifying maintenance and operating procedures
 Monitoring building systems and processes
 Evaluation of progress, safety and quality assurance control.
 Ensure that project procedures are implemented and followed
Escalate problems at the earliest opportunity to the Project Manager and the appropriate head of department.
 Ensure that the project teams are kept fully informed about tasks required of them and their roles on projects

JOB SPECIFICATIONS
EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS & PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES:
 Good first degree in Architecture from a reputable university
 Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
 Very good knowledge of CAD software and 3D Studio Max

EXPERIENCE:
 Minimum of 3 years of work experience in architecture or related field
 Experience of participating in projects is essential
 Experience of working with technically diverse team members
 Relevant experience in brand management and concept generation
