Cotton is the largest employer of labour after oil. We hear about cotton revival and cotton value chain with govt intervention. During the last administration billions of naira was earmarked for cotton n textile production but nothing get to the right channel. I t was political farmers that benefited from this. what can we do as cotton farmers?
