An unknown lady who is probably insane was found today Monday the 21st of December 2015 within a street known as Moore Road in Yaba, Lagos. .... Her identity is still unknown but she has being wandering along the Unilag/Moore Road axis... As At now, she has being fed and taken care of by some patriotic citizens... She now appears to be very calm and cooperative.. Please, The service of appropriate Authority is highly needed in order to get her to safety from moving vehicles and some ev il elements.....
