Hi everyone, Are you confident dealing with clients and selling? Do you live within convenient commuting distance to Ejigbo, Isolo? Have you got good computing skills? If you are looking for something new and exciting and the chance to work with a forward thinking employer then email your cv to me at tayorich13@yahoo.co.uk[b] To give you an idea of what to expect see below:- Basic objective of this post[/b] You are responsible for providing our clients with an informative, courteous and warm client focused welcome, being able to match their needs with what RychRentals has to offer. Duties and Responsibilities o Effectively inform clients of everything RychRentals has to offer. o Be the first point of contact for all clients, both by phone, internet and in person. o Answer the phone courteously (AT ALL TIMES). o Keeping a log of all enquiries o Keeping all paper or electronic files accordingly ie invoices, receipts, reports and any other client files o Inputting and updating any necessary documents Knowledge/Experience o At least one year work experience in a similar role. o Good computing skills o Good time keeping Personal attributes o Confident in dealing with clients o Neat, professional appearance o Very friendly and courteous manner. o Organised and able to follow instructions effectively o Able to commute to Ejigbo Isolo and be at work by 8am. o Confident telephone manner o Good communication skills. Educational background o At least OND qualified. |
