First you need to change your template, i can do that for you at a certain fee

change to wat style please? you are helping and may GOD increase you abundantly. you can send me ur email address so i make u an author

Change your template to a nice default blogger template.
Resize your images, most of them are outside the post margin.
Add read more tag.
Proofread your posts before publishing.

The template am talking about doesn't need you to resize by yourself, it AUTOMATICALLY resizes image by itself thus saving stress.

get a domain name, change your blog template, remove unnecessary widget from the side bar.
