This Boko Haram insurgent reportedly loaded a car with massive explosives and was going to drive in into a densely populated area or security checkpoint but he was intercepted by security forces. He was immediately arrested.

U r jst too biased to see the effort of this selfless humans (police, army, airforce and navy) wen arrest r made and there is no handcuffs or any restrain clips. U make do of whatever is available to restrain the culprits. It's not only in Nigeria. It happens all over the world. Don't be myopic.
